Erik grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia but spent endless hours cruising around the city on his bike where he fell in love with its diverse historical architecture. His admiration for art and design led him to obtain a bachelor of science degree in industrial engineering. Through his various building roles, Erik has gained the practical skills and knowledge needed to build his own dynasty! In 2022, Erik’s ambition to create something of his own combined with 20 years of building experience and engineering background fueled him to form Deck Dynasty. Erik hopes that his hard work and dedication will inspire his sons to one day have the drive to take over the family business or courage to pursue their dreams.

Outside of his company, Erik is an auto enthusiast and has been a member of the BMW Car Club of America (CCA) for the past 40 years. He grew up in the BMW pits which helped him develop an eye for high end design at an early age that has been incorporated in all of his work since. Erik and his fiancé, Megan, enjoy attending auto races and sharing their love of racing with their sons. One of their favorite hobbies together is go kart racing to see who truly is the top dog (Erik always wins)
