Deck Dynasty is HIGHLY recommended! The owner booked an appointment with us and sent us an estimate quickly. The design ideas and colors Erik recommended were exactly what we were looking for in a deck. Erik was professional, provided a contract, completed the permits required ( which was a lot of work)! The drawings he provided for the permit were immaculate with detail. Erik kept us informed of each step along the way. Erik was reasonable in price with excellent quality in his work! My husband and I had a time line, Erik finished early!!!

I had sent a email to Erik in September 2022 asking if it was possible to take my back porch which I already had a roof and retaining walls in some areas and if he could turn it into a enclosed all weather back porch. And he did it. It is beautiful. It is everything I wanted and probably more than I thought I want it because it was just mind blowing, I wanted to get this done actually in honor of my dad who passed away and who had always wanted to have it done, but never had gotten it done and I know for a fact, my father would have loved it he did and living out there because he wouldn’t want to come in because it’s so great everybody who sees it says how amazing this back porch turned out. It’s seamless. It looks like it should have always been there and it was with the house from the beginning working with Erik and the crew was amazing.
